The Gym Nest offers Competitive Gymnastics for girls by invitation only. Our competitive teams are currently training at Levels 2-9. The girls train throughout the year for various competitions across the state – with Level 8-9 gymnasts competing regionally. The girls compete in vault, uneven parallel bars, balance beam, and floor exercises. The competitions include individual and team awards for the top scoring gymnasts and teams.
